To simplify payments and speed up looking after clients once their therapy is over, we introduced payment by credit for the services provided.
A client can top up any amount in their name at any time, as they need it or as the FYZIO KLINIK® team recommends, where 1 credit = 1 €.
Therapies and examinations you have had are then deducted from the credit you topped up. If there is not enough credit left, the rest can be paid the usual way (by card or in cash).
The bonus system has been in place since 1 January 2024. Discounts are permanent and tied to the client account. Credits cannot be refunded in cash. Credits and bonuses are valid for 2 years from the last visit to the clinic. Credit can be used for services only, not for goods. Prices for legal entities are stated without VAT.
We ask our clients to do their best to keep the appointment they booked, as many people are waiting for an earlier slot.
So that appointments with our physiotherapists can be chosen more flexibly, we charge the full price of a cancelled appointment.
An appointment can be cancelled free of charge at least 8 hours before the therapy starts.
