At FYZIO KLINIK Tenerife, physical therapies are never viewed as standalone treatments. We use them as part of a comprehensive physiotherapy and rehabilitation programme designed to support recovery, reduce pain, and improve function.
Our physiotherapists carefully select the most appropriate therapy based on a detailed assessment and clinical findings. In some cases, patients may attend for a specific treatment prescribed by their physician. However, the best results are often achieved when physical therapies are combined with physiotherapy, manual therapy, rehabilitation exercises, and movement-based treatment.
Technology alone does not create results. The right diagnosis, the right indication, and the right treatment plan do.
Why Physical Therapies at FYZIO KLINIK Are Different
Many clinics offer physical therapy devices. What makes the difference is understanding when to use them, when not to use them, and how to integrate them into a comprehensive treatment plan.
Our physiotherapists assess every patient individually and determine whether a specific physical therapy is appropriate. In some situations, a treatment may be prescribed directly by a physician and can be provided as a standalone service. However, in most cases, combining physical therapies with physiotherapy, manual therapy, rehabilitation exercises, and movement retraining provides the most effective and lasting results.
At FYZIO KLINIK Tenerife, technology supports rehabilitation—it never replaces clinical expertise.
Electrotherapy uses therapeutic electrical currents to reduce pain, support muscle activation, and aid the rehabilitation process as part of a personalised programme.
Therapeutic ultrasound uses high-frequency sound waves to support tissue healing and improve tissue mobility, combined with exercise therapy and manual therapy.
Laser Therapy uses focused light energy to reduce inflammation, support tissue repair, and assist in pain management for musculoskeletal conditions.
The BTL Super Inductive System uses a high-intensity electromagnetic field to stimulate muscles, nerves, and joints, complementing physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
Shockwave Therapy emits acoustic waves to stimulate tissue repair and is especially useful for chronic tendon conditions, overuse injuries, and persistent pain.

To simplify payments and speed up client service after their therapies, we have introduced a credit-based payment system for provided services. Clients can top up any amount under their name at any time according to their needs or the recommendations of the FYZIO KLINIK team, where 1 credit = 1 €. Therapies and examinations are deducted from the credit balance. If the balance is insufficient, the rest can be paid the usual way (card or cash).
The bonus system is valid from 1/1/2024. Discounts are permanent and tied to the client account. Credit refunds in cash are not possible. The validity of credits and bonuses is limited to 2 years from the last clinic visit. Credit can only be used for services, not for goods. Prices for business clients are listed excluding VAT.
Bonus package types: Mini, Standard, Premium, FYZIO VIP, FYZIO MEMBER
